Changyuan Electronics has been making irradiation cross-linked tubing in Dongguan since 1993 — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and QC 080000 certified, with its own electron accelerators on site. The certificate above says we are allowed to sell it; this is the plant it comes out of.

PTFE tubing & 3D printer feed tube

Two lines out of the same extruders. CB-TT-HOSE is the 3D printer feed tube, made for a 100% fit on Bambu Lab (AMS, P1, X1, A1) and Snapmaker printers: 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 3.0 × 4.0 mm for 1.75 mm filament, and 4.5 × 6.0 mm for outer guide runs. Bore and outside diameter are held to ±0.10 mm with concentricity of 87.5% or better. Clear/white, transparent black or transparent grey, with a ribbed or smooth bore. Supplied in 100 m coils with no more than three joins, or cut to length, heat-formed and end-trimmed to your drawing. CB-TT is thin-wall wire sleeving, AWG 30 to AWG 0. Both run −65 °C to +260 °C and both are PFOA-tested.

Power distribution accessories are a different conversation. Medium-voltage terminations and joints generally have to sit on a network operator's approved products list before a DNSP will accept them on their assets, and that approval belongs to the product, not to the person selling it. If that is what you are after, say so early — we will get the manufacturer's type-test reports in front of you before anybody commits to anything.

Filament for print farms
If your machines run around the clock, the thing that costs you money is not the price per kilo — it is the jam at 3 a.m. and the reprint nobody costed in. We supply PLA and PETG on 1 kg spools to Australian print farms, and every figure below comes off the manufacturer's specification sheet — which we will send you, in full, with its ISO test methods, before you buy anything.
Two spools, free, no strings
Tell us your monthly usage and the two colours you burn through, and we will send two spools to test. Put them on your least forgiving machine and run 24 hours straight. If it feeds clean we will quote you farm pricing by monthly volume; if it does not, tell us and that is the end of it.
PETG is available on the same terms, in general and matte grades.

The factory range runs past 30 colours, including silk, fluorescent and transparent — 28 of them are shown here. The eight marked Sydney stock ship from here; the rest come in with the next factory order, so ask for a lead time before you plan a job around one. These are renders, not photographs: ask for a physical sample if the exact shade matters.

Where we draw the line
Passive tubing and connectors intended solely for extra-low-voltage work are generally outside the EESS in-scope voltage range. Classification still depends on the product rating and the way it is marketed and used, so we confirm the applicable documentation for the exact product and application rather than make a blanket certification claim.
Mains-powered equipment is a different matter. We do not sell any until it is properly registered and certified to AS/NZS — so if you are looking for a marking printer rather than its consumables, we will tell you to buy it elsewhere for now.

site can read them off the job rather than take our word for it, or chase a
certificate that arrived separately from the goods.
